I am Corey Ross, the producer of Immersive Van Gogh Kansas City.  We are honored to be presenting one of the world’s most popular immersive installations, and look forward to bringing this world-class production to you very soon.

That said, staging a production of this magnitude is exceedingly challenging and requires very specific criteria. We have already successfully presented Immersive Van Gogh in 16 North American cities to date, and 3,267,222 visitors have enjoyed our production so far. 

Today, I have to ask you to allow us more time while we secure the perfect venue for this incredible experiential production. We are committed to bringing you the best possible show, on par with the productions that have been so popular in New York, Los Angeles and other cities.

The new opening date for Immersive Van Gogh Kansas City is February 28th, 2022. 

I understand how inconvenient this may be for you.  We promise you an easy and hassle-free way to reschedule your tickets for an alternate date.

You will receive new tickets for a specific date and time from Universe.com within the upcoming days. Please check your spam/junk/promotions folders as the tickets do sometimes get filtered there. If the new date we have chosen for you does not work, you can request a change of date at no charge by clicking HERE. 

As a token of our appreciation, we also will provide all rescheduled ticket-buyers a gift card that can be used in our gift shop when you visit Immersive Van Gogh. Details of your gift card will be sent to you closer to the date of your visit.

If you cannot attend and would like a refund, please email ticketing@kansascityvangogh.com and our customer service team will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. We are doing our best to make all the changes swiftly; again, we are grateful for your patience as we respond to every inquiry.
